Unfortunately, one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. During the short time we were there, we saw at least three other customers return to the counter because their orders were either incorrect or had items missing. Our standard breakfast order took around 15 minutes, with two different members of staff asking us which order we were waiting for. When it eventually arrived, the breakfast roll had the wrong fillings and there were also items missing from our order. What was most disappointing was discovering that the manager was stood just two tables away chatting with staff. When I approached her to explain our experience, she seemed largely uninterested in the complaint. Credit where it’s due: one of the junior members of staff was apologetic and gave us some complimentary food. Hopefully the management and organisation at this location can be improved, because the food itself was good, as we normally expect from McDonald’s.

So I loved this place it was so good bc I hated all the set ups that the new McDonald’s had BUT they changed it to the ones everyone had and fair and all but they always get my bloody order wrong I’ve had enough if not they forget to add something it’s so annoying. Today I lost it I can’t even complain bc am home already and my family wanted to eat home. I should have known to check it. I’ve been forgotten to give something hundreds so I jut checked if all the food was in the back I was so excited and then I open my burger I was sad I was DEVASTATED it had cheese CHEESE YES CHEESE when I asked for none I hate cheese and willl throw up And LETTUCE not only but MAYO omg like I clearly said. I wanted none I know it’s a weird and not the easiest order but it’s not that hard and some people have allergies thanks a lot I now have to starve and am in tears
