  Same issue as many others. Ordering from them is pointless. If you go into the place then you get what your ordered and it is good, but I ordered twice in the same night and they messed up the order both times, and both times told me to go through the just eat app and that it is not their problem. They even told me they had my order there and just did not want to deliver the order. Absolute joke of a delivery service. Will never order delivery again. A side not for Just eat as well, they do not give full refunds when the orders are messed up, so genuinely consider not ordering food through them either.

  Typical McDonald's food. Good but never great. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk from Stirling Castle.

  I love McDonald’s the food is soso good but the workers here are not that nice. Today I went to McDonald’s for lunch and I asked for large chips and a small strawberry milkshake like I usually do but the worker said that I can’t get a small strawberry milkshake but I can get medium or large so I decided to get medium instead but then like a minute later my friend was allowed to order a small strawberry milkshake and they said nothing about it so I honestly think that worker was just trying to get me to spend more money. Also a few weeks ago when I was here I accidentally skipped the queue for the big screen things and I didn’t realise there was a queue and I apologised to the lady I skipped and went to the back of the queue and then this one worker was just being very rude about it and she was almost like yelling at me and I told the worker that I didn’t mean to skip the queue but she was just being rude. I’ve had a few other encounters that I can’t be bothered writing but yeah I just feel like all the workers here are rude and grumpy and they take their anger out on the customers.
