- GBGaurv BhshMar 8, 20261.0Complaint – Sunday 8 March, 11:31 AM I would like to raise a complaint regarding the behaviour of a staff member on Sunday 8 March at around 11:31 AM. The staff member was a young female (approximately 18–25 years old). I came to collect a delivery order and waited patiently at the usual collection side where delivery drivers normally pick up orders. I could clearly see my order ready there, so I waited without interrupting anyone. However, I received no acknowledgement from the staff member while I was waiting. During this time, around 10 customers joined the queue and were served. After waiting patiently, I asked about the order and was told in a rude manner that I would not be served if I did not join the queue. This was disappointing because I had not skipped the queue. I was simply waiting at the collection point as delivery drivers normally do. The issue was not the instruction itself, but the way it was communicated. It would have been much more appropriate if the staff member had politely informed me earlier if I needed to join the queue. Customer service and basic respect are very important, and unfortunately the interaction felt unnecessarily rude. I hope this feedback can be used to remind staff about maintaining polite communication with customers and delivery drivers.
