- AMAlexandra McDJul 10, 20263.0Live locally and use this store a lot, it has a great range of food, prices a little higher than the big supermarkets but it’s rural and handy. Since the refurb though and the introduction of a hot food takeaway the focus is on customers looking for this and not serving the store customers who are now expected to self serve themselves. Stood waiting on assistance for over 5 mins as the system would not recognise a product. While I stood waiting, workmen were being served rolls and bacon by 2 members of staff, no one else around. I don’t want to have to put my shop through a self serve and stand and wait when there’s a problem, customer service should be available for those doing our shopping.

The staff here are professional, kind and helpful and the prices are affordable and decent. Bakery selection could be bigger, theres a lot of alcohol for a small town 🤔 😅 😳
