  If there was an option to rate for consistently getting orders wrong, they would get 5 stars. Wait no, 10 stars. I’m my own worst enemy really, but my kids actually like the food. I ordered pancakes and syrup through uber eats for my toddler and lo and behold, no syrup. It might not seem like a big deal but the High Street Tunstall store is so diabolically bad that I had to write a review. £27 on bang average food and you can’t even take the care to get it right. Every single time I visit or order for delivery you miss something out. Not to mention just the awful service every single time. Empty drive through at 7am? Park in bay 1 and wait 15 minutes. Not one single employee gives a toss about providing even a basic level of service. I don’t expect Michelin star service, but you cannot even get the basics right. I just hope that bit by bit, customers realise what an absolute sh*tshow this brand is, boycott it and eventually it will fade away into oblivion. Absolutely useless

  Called today for two burger meals, had to wait 15 mins for the meal to arrive via table service, when food arrived it was turning from warm going to cold Inc the fries...... Shall not return again, there's hardly any staff to talk to even if you have you have a dispute.

  Unfortunately my last order missed off an item, at the time I was hungry and with my grandson. We were on our way home so I didn't realise until I got home that one large fries was missing from my order. We did need to wait quite a while for the order to be processed also unfortunately

  This evening we went to mcdonalds after work literally waited 20 minutes for cold food to be given to us then had to wait at the till for someone to come so we could give the food back as it was stone cold, waited 10 minutes and had to shout for someone to take the order off us to take it back and even then the woman at the till didnt even respond to me just took the food and walked off back in the kitchen then had to wait yet again for 10 minutes for actual warm food that we have paid for. Absolutely ridiculous service
