- LDlinda daleMay 30, 20261.0Took my neice today for a treat.Was very quiet.Placed order was few minutes arriving.I had ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for her and it arrived on an unwashed tray with ketchup smeared all over it and on top of the ketchup two previously used napkins.Their standards are not good and it was obvious that they had just grabbed a used one perhaps because no clean ones.The table with stools we sat at were sticky to the touch.I took the tray to the guy on the till who wore a bucket hat and looked very scruffy.No uniform.No Mcdonalds cap etc.Showed him the tray.He said oh thanks took it from me that was it My little neice 6 said" Can we go and eat my meal in the car".It put her off her food".The floor also wasn't the cleanest just looked like standards and hygiene needed kicking into touch.Wont be using this branch ever again.Needs some important basic hygiene training for staff and service training.I would rate it one star as an eatery if that.
