    I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff member working in the morning (a blonde, heavier-set lady) seemed like she did not want to be there and showed very poor customer service. First, I ordered a hot chocolate, but all the chocolate was settled at the bottom because she did not stir it properly before serving it. Then I asked for my sandwich bread to be toasted for one minute, but she only set it for 30 seconds. When I politely reminded her that I wanted it toasted for one minute, she ignored my request. After making the sandwich, I asked if she could cut it over the wrapper. She rudely picked up the sandwich and handed it back awkwardly, causing it to fall. She then had to make the sandwich again. While remaking it, she almost packed it without adding the crispy onions that I had requested. When I reminded her, she added only a tiny amount. Overall, the service was careless, rude, and unprofessional. It felt like she was not interested in doing her job properly or listening to customers. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training

    Would not recommend. Two tall girls with curly hair were openly talking about drugs and alcohol while serving customers, which was very unprofessional. On top of that, there seemed to be very little care put into preparing the food — items were being thrown back into containers carelessly and landing all over the place.

    I visited today and just wanted to leave a review for the young lad working during what was clearly a very busy and stressful shift. The team were rushed off their feet, but he handled everything with real professionalism and speed. At one point, another customer began complaining about someone else’s sandwich while he was still trying to serve everyone as quickly as possible. It was uncomfortable to watch, especially given how hard he was working, but he stayed polite and focused throughout. Even when his colleague kindly offered him a moment to grab a drink, he chose to carry on helping customers instead. It’s not easy working in that kind of environment, and he deserves recognition for his work ethic, attitude, and resilience. Credit to him and the team for keeping things running smoothly under pressure. Thank you for the service, it didn’t go unnoticed.

    I visited yesterday and was disappointed with the level of service. One staff member did not acknowledge me at all, avoided eye contact, and came across as rude while preparing my food. Additionally, another staff member was handling food for a customer without wearing gloves and was using inappropriate language while myself and other customers were waiting.
