  I am an Uber Eats delivery driver, and my experience at Burger King today (15 May) was extremely disappointing. The staff showed complete disregard and lack of basic courtesy toward delivery drivers. I waited around 15 minutes for an order that was already prepared, yet no one handed it to me or acknowledged that I was there to collect it for the customer. This kind of unnecessary delay affects both drivers and customers. Staff should treat all people with basic respect, including couriers who are also part of the service chain. I would also strongly suggest that employees wear visible name tags on their uniforms, so feedback can be directed to the individuals responsible for poor service, rather than only to the branch as a whole.

  Went and got a vegie burger from them, was quite good actually really big, juicy burger. The atmosphere and the price whoever is what knocks it down to 3. It's just so loud, abit hectic, I went at a busy time which is probably why.
