During my recent visit, I found her behaviour to be unprofessional and unfairly directed towards teenagers. While she appeared polite and friendly towards other customers, her attitude towards us was noticeably rude and dismissive. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. On this occasion, Cathy escalated the situation by involving another manager and attempting to have us removed from the premises, despite us not causing any disturbance. It appeared that we were being unfairly blamed for the actions of others, which was both frustrating and upsetting. I believe all customers should be treated with equal respect, regardless of age. The way we were treated fell far below the level of service expected from your establishment. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated, and appropriate action taken to ensure that no other customers have a similar experience.
