Stayed in the twinned Premier Inn next door, from the x3 breakfasts and the x3 main meals the service was friendly and they were all lovely with bubbly personality, but the SLOWEST service I have ever witnessed, this extends to being greeted on arrival, to taking drink order, to taking food order, to recieving food.
the meal deals were well explained, the staff said if this isn't included we wont add it... it was added and I was charged... (grilled chicken on the thai green curry) I thought the slow service might be a one off, but this happened every night. and the restauarant was not busy at all being (tue, wed and thurs nights)
I did enjoy the lamb kofte, which i would recommend if you are staying here and have a meal voucher, however i ordered a cowboy burger which came with gluten free buns to which i wasn't informed on selection as i would have most likely changed my order, furthermore the coleslaw was inedible! the actual burger patties were nice. the ice cream in the sundaes are frostbiten and icy with no flavour.
Breakfast was okay, and was self service thankfully if not, I would have been late for meetings daily.
Need to watch your receipt also, was over charged for pudding, when its free with the meal deal, when I questioning it, she asked did you have a starter, she had served us all night, she gave us the receipt, with no starters so clearly not... when I went to pay was still on the system...
The restarant itself looks nice on the inside, but some of the chairs feel like they going to snap from under you...
My mum was so envious when I told her that it was a Table Table on my stay, as she had only had good experiences in other branches, unfortantely not the case for me.
