- DDDan1 day ago1.0I Will never be coming back, I had hot honey pizza and it come out not cut so with a steak knife I have had to cut it as I asked and they said they don’t have one. also had cheese nachos but didn’t come with the cheese on had to ask staff. didn’t ask if we wanted anything eg sauce had to get up for the third time to ask for sauce and then to top it off they couldn’t remember what dessert I asked for so they had to ask again absolutely shocking service.

Waited 30 minutes because apparently the oven was off, then got served the palest sausages imaginable after specifically asking for them cooked properly. Felt like the kitchen could not be bothered. Staff were polite but the food quality and wait time were terrible. Would not recommend.

- DTDebbie TaylorMay 10, 20263.0We had booked a Sunday carvery for 4pm, as advertised as carvery 12-6pm. We were told there wasn't enough vegetables left, so the carvery wasn't available. There were lots of roast potatoes, meat and Yorkshires still on the counter, which were to be thrown away!! We ended up ordering pie and mash, but after 35minutes I asked where it was. It arrived with 2 mini jugs of gravy. When my husband asked for more, he was told it was 50p extra! I spoke to the manager and said we'd already been told there was no carvery and then a wait for the food. She apologised and brought gravy free of charge. She offered us puddings, but we declined. Following on, we had a drink in the seating area. The seat covers were dirty, threadbare and ripped. The staff couldn't be nicer, but the place is badly run by senior management I guess. It certainly needs an upgrade!!!
