Unfortunately, I Have to say that the Service was very slow, I Had to wait ages for food & I got no apologise whatsoever from the male team leader or manager. Plus the food was cold & the fries didn't taste right (Maybe you need to change your oil & they wouldn't taste funny)

This is not how you treat customers when working in service industry. When collecting my food i said thank you to the same young woman and she just looked at me dead in the eye and said nothing. This is what Britain has come too.

- CCChrisMar 29, 20265.0Me and my partner stop here for something to eat this morning and can we say that Chris who works here is a credit to McDonald's very polite friendly and helpful. The leval of customer service was above and beyond demonstrated by Chris my little boy was very happy with the balloon and the colour pack given to him. So I hope they pass on the how much his hard work is valued.
