  Went two years ago the atmosphere was brilliant and food was amazing my kids loved it ride theme tunes were on the food choice was incredible and delicious but fast forward to 10/06/26 the atmosphere was as good as a doctors waiting room and the food choice was absolutely rubbish the change within the two year was sad to see, unfortunately I don’t think we will be returning next time we visit the park hope there’s a pick up in that restaurant soon.

  Terrible terrible terrible. I can’t believe they call that food. BEEF?? Yeah right more like chewy gummy plastic. I can’t believe that they sell this food without even trying it first especially for that price. On top of that I’ve ordered a cocktail and when it is finally made and it has arrived to my table the waitress asks for my ID. How silly. Honestly extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional. And very unskilled workers. Would not recommend please save yourselves. Morley’s in Brixton is better. Big up the rollercoasters though.

  The food is what you expect from a chain and price is what you expect to eat on site. However; the staff were particularly attentive, sort to our needs, offered explanations on how to order etc. while giving the extra touch. Thanks to Emily, Josie and Becky for there genuine customer service, smiles and polite and always happy to help demeanor.

  Had the best server tonight, been at Alton towers all day staying over in the enchanted village and decided to go to rollercoaster restaurant as a treat for my nieces 16th birthday. Has the most amazing time the staff are lovely big shout out to Gagan our server who honestly gave us a night to remember never laughed so much he was so lovely and pleasant and put up with our nonsense and silliness as a family of 5 who were out celebrating. Wrote in the comments we were out celebrating my nieces 16th and although there were no cake or candles the atmosphere was amazing and we had the best time couldn’t recommend enough and definitely will be going back again thank you to all the staff and a big thank you to Gagam !!!

  The staff where lovely, and where else can you get your food delivered on rails. The chicken burger though was not good at all, it had a very odd consistency. I offered to swap with my son after he tried it and sadly I agreed with him. I got a refund on this. But the staff where great over it. The beef burger was taken away in a doggy bag untouched and when I tried it later, the taste and consistency was ok, nice infact. Sometimes things go wrong in the food service industry, but how the staff react can turn a negative experience into something ok.
