  Very disappointing experience at Burger King on Pshenychna. The chips tasted awful - some pieces seemed rotten and spoiled. The cheesy fries portion was extremely small, nowhere near enough for the price. The worst part was finding a huge hard piece of cabbage stalk in the food. It was impossible to chew, let alone eat. Honestly, this completely ruined the meal. Quality control really needs improving.

  Such a disappointing experience. I ordered chilli bites, garlic and jalapeño fries, and an ice cream. They forgot some of the fries, and the ice cream was barely two scoops. Mistakes happen, but what really put me off was the attitude — the staff were miserable, unapproachable, and made the whole visit uncomfortable. I definitely won’t be coming back to this Burger King again.

  We eat in. The staff, weren't remotely interested in serving, happy to chat to each other. The restaurant was not busy at all, yet most tables were dirty. The toilets were absolutely disgusting. I went to wash my hands and the water was scalding hot - I reported this to a member of staff, when she finally looked at me to be told "yea, that's because that is turned on" and pointed behind her. As for the food, it was very poor, dry and cold. Shame as I've always felt a Burger King meal was a treat. Never mind, we won't be back.
