  I recently visited the Tesco store on Guildford Road, Woking, and I had a fantastic experience. The store was exceptionally clean, well-organised, and beautifully presented, which made shopping comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the excellent customer service. Every member of staff was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. They were always willing to assist with a smile and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The manager was also very professional, kind, and approachable. It was clear that they care about both their customers and their team, creating a positive atmosphere in the store. Overall, I had a wonderful shopping experience. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service and dedication. I would definitely recommend this Tesco store to others and look forward to visiting again.🫶❤️❤️❤️

  I don't know who is in charge these days, but for the last three days, whenever I come to buy something, it's closed temporarily. And it's always a peak time, so many people are waiting outside, but I don't know whether it's due to a lack of staff or an inability to manage it properly. For the last three days, there have been no bakery items like croissants and other stuff.

  Worst Tesco ever they put moldy grape on sale and after I bought it the worker wouldn’t refund it unless I have to physically bring it back to the store

  Not fully stocked, needed a trip to another store to grab "essentials" that are common up north. Staff not very helpful. Several checkout stations inoperative.
