This store has gone downhill never have I had a cold pizza delivered to me in all the years I've used this branch of dominoes pizza. The Woking branch said they had a technical glitch but still took 2hrs to deliver my pizza from the time of ordering. So I will not be ordering anything again from dominos pizza in Woking. Maybe supermarket pizza from now on.

We had a voucher used it online, confirmed online, comes with an order number and receipt snd they refuse to make the order for us even with proof of confirmation online. Typical low customer service ignorant to logic.

Generally the store had been good for me over the past few years, no real issues. If they forgot something, they picked it up and brought it to me. I'm writing on here as their site is one of those private bs that doesn't go anywhere with complaints. They currently have someone with light hair woking there and I know this because yesterday I found it in two of my pizza's. Get your staff to double check things and put a hair net on.
