  Ordered pizza and garlic bread for collection. Picked up bang on time, got home; garlic bread was hot but the pizza was cold. Pretty clear it was not made fresh and the only solution they could offer was for me to drive back for a new pizza. Not even an apology

  Good service, fast and clean kitchen. Excellent location near the station with parking available is a huge bonus. Food is consistent and great deals on the app.

  I regularly order from this branch but tonight the pizza was terrible not what I usually get I hope it's just a one off due to the world cup being on.

  Very disappointed with Domino’s Woking. I ordered two pizzas and sides, spending over £50 in total. I specifically requested extra pizza sauce, yet when the order arrived (after around a 20-minute wait, and I was only the third delivery), the pizza had barely any sauce at all. The photo speaks for itself. What made matters worse was the way my complaint was handled. When I called the store, the lady who answered passed me directly to the person who prepared the pizza. Instead of apologising or trying to understand the issue, he immediately became defensive, saying, “It’s a Saturday night, there’s only two of us, and I did put extra sauce on it.” I explained that he clearly hadn’t and that I had photos showing the lack of sauce. His response was to ask whether the pizza had been eaten. When I said no, he told me I would have to return the pizza if I wanted a replacement. After spending over £50, being asked to return a pizza that was prepared incorrectly in the first place is poor customer service. The entire interaction lacked professionalism and any genuine effort to resolve the issue. I’ve lived in Woking all my life and have used Domino’s for many years, but the service has clearly gone downhill. It feels like the management has changed, and customer service is no longer a priority. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from Domino’s Woking again. Very disappointing.

  Not really one to review takeaways - however Went in last night to collect my wife’s order while she put our toddler to bed. Came in on crutches due to a recent injury and as soon as the staff noticed I wasn’t going to be able to carry the order to the car they very courteously bought it out and popped in the back seat. I really hope out appreciation for this small bit of going-the-extra-mile is passed on to the team. Pizza was great as always.
