  We had a voucher used it online, confirmed online, comes with an order number and receipt snd they refuse to make the order for us even with proof of confirmation online. Typical low customer service ignorant to logic.

  Generally the store had been good for me over the past few years, no real issues. If they forgot something, they picked it up and brought it to me. I'm writing on here as their site is one of those private bs that doesn't go anywhere with complaints. They currently have someone with light hair woking there and I know this because yesterday I found it in two of my pizza's. Get your staff to double check things and put a hair net on.

  Ordered pizza and garlic bread for collection. Picked up bang on time, got home; garlic bread was hot but the pizza was cold. Pretty clear it was not made fresh and the only solution they could offer was for me to drive back for a new pizza. Not even an apology

  Good service, fast and clean kitchen. Excellent location near the station with parking available is a huge bonus. Food is consistent and great deals on the app.
