She didn’t know, but I’m disabled and was struggling with the amount of shopping I’d bought. Completely misjudged the amount I could carry. Leslie just knew and put my bag in a trolley and helped me to the door. I was blown away by her customer service and can’t thank her enough. Also a big thank you to her colleague Steve who just makes you laugh. He’s a complete joy. Look forward to my next shopping trip 😆

It costs nothing to be nice and this middle aged lady was not very nice. I only wish I had took her name. Did ring the store a few times no one answered.
