  Great dining experience today which was particularly made better by the excellent support and service by Shilpa. Thanks Shilpa! Only con is that the chips are pretty salty!

  There is no better deal than Burger King. The burgers are made of real beef, and the fries are perfectly cooked to perfection. The workers always serve food with a smile and give food promptly. I routinely buy from Burger King with my family, with options for all of us. 10/10 fast food experience

  Had technical issues with the machine which required manager assistance at the counter. I went up to the counter only to discover that the manager had left the establishment for a smoke in the middle of his shift! This massively delayed the ordering process, despite being the only customers. We also faced highly restricted seating since the entire upstairs was out of bounds - only 6 (2 seats 3 tables) were available. I suppose this could be understandable seeing as we came in at 8pm? Closes at 11pm daily so bit surprised to see such massive delays 3hrs from closing. The entire ordering process which should take 2 minutes max on the machines, ended up taking 30 minutes, as well as the wait for food preparation. Poor service to say the least. Flies were also buzzing about…

  I went so many times to burger king and it's very convenient because it's inside the Woking mall, the food tastes awesome and the customer service is also very professional and polite. I highly recommend this place and the staffs who serve me.
