  Worst place to stop for lunch waited 40 mins for a breakfast to then be told there’s no order provided receipt told they will start now but had no time didn’t want to refund but did in the end now back to work late as breaks only 30 mins. I’m so hungry and have no time such poor service from Tesco

  I've been a regular here for the last few months and I love it! I have a jacket potato usually and they always come out lovely and well prepared. Occasionally overcooked but I won't hold it against them. Staff are always good, friendly and efficient. Drinks come out first and food follows. The timing is due to the level of how busy it is. I have no complaints. It's clean, it's air conditioned, it has free WiFi. I'm happy. Many thanks

  A bit short staffed, one poor lady Alexandra was running around but still with a smile on her face, so the electronic self tills are a saviour. But she and the lad that brought my food were very polite and carful with the food. Had an ice latte came quickly and was nice. Eat the mac and cheese with bacon bits, nice and crispy. It took a little while to come out, so think it was made fresh. It looked and tasted really good, very cheesy, funny that😄. A few crumbs on the the floor here and there but that's just down to people that can't eat properly any more 🤪

  It has taken us over 40 minutes to get our rather sîmple food order this afternoon. If could have been longer if not for 2 visits to the counter and a promise to carry food to the table ourselves.

  I had a very good experience at the café. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they helped me choose what to order. The service was very fast and the coffee was excellent. The staff member named SOROUSH who served me was very polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my visit and I will definitely come here more often.
