  Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had something wrong with an order from this place. There is almost always an issue with something, but this time was the last straw. I ordered 2 pizzas online. I always order the cheese and tomato pizza, but this time the first pizza was made with what was clearly garlic bread dough. The smell and taste of garlic were obvious. The second pizza was made with two pieces of dough stuck together, which is completely unacceptable. I went into the shop to explain the problem, expecting them to at least listen and try to resolve it. Instead, I was made to feel like I was being “stupid” and imagining things. They told me it was “cheese oil” causing the smell and the way it looked. They did offer to make another pizza, but by that point I simply couldn’t be bothered to wait around again, especially when I had no confidence that the replacement would actually be any different. I had already paid for 2 pizzas and had to go into the shop just to explain what was wrong with them. I have ordered the cheese and tomato pizza from here many times and have never experienced this before or heard of “cheese oil” making the dough smell strongly of garlic. TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS. Based on my repeated experiences, I definitely will not be ordering from here again. If you still decide to order, I honestly recommend going into the shop, placing the order in person and watching them prepare it, because ordering online seems to come with a risk of something going wrong. Customer service isn’t great either.

  Dreadful experience, i ordered through the app, thye happily took my money, then I received an email saying theres a problem with my order and I had to phone the store. I tried to call and they have restricted calls going through, no explanation, no refund, no pizza. Very poor service.

  I ordered pizza from this restaurant today i said hello to one of lady who was working there she was very rude and she didn’t respond to me at least give respect to your customer
