Ordered a bacon burger due to Lactose intolerance, I received a bacon cheeseburger burger. I am disappointed as this is the second time my order has been messed up like this

Great food as always. Only issue is not a great spot for a sit down - I know it's supposed to be an American diner feel but it's too cold and sterile for a sit down on a cold English day. Nandos next door warm cosy feel and seat with beer on tap.

My husband and I visited in the early afternoon and redeemed our National Burger Day reward. We were served by a polite and helpful member of the team; I believe his name was Theodore. Our meal arrived promptly. As usual, our burgers were excellent. We ordered almost all of the available toppings - you mustn’t skip the fried onions and mushrooms if you haven’t tried them yet! The fries were very good too. Highly recommended!

Ordered twice from this branch now, despite being the third furthest from home, parking is just easier than alternatives. However, both times we have received the wrong order. We have now learned to open the burgers at the counter to double check it’s correct rather than getting all the way home first. Disappointing when you have a pregnant missus with cravings!
