- SWSarah-Jane WalkerJul 3, 20262.0Really disappointed with Subway and Just Eat. Ordered for delivery, but even though we had a reference number it didn't arrive. No contact to sort it, had to re order and collect, mentioned the previous order lost and not a word, no advice, no basic apology. It reflects on Subway because they use them and have a contract, but they disassociate themselves. For this terrible lack of customer service I cannot recommend them as it takes any enjoyment out of their meals.

Customer service absolutely appalling, the counter and card machine filthy, rude hostile attitude, she couldn’t be bothered to be at work it’s clear she hates it there. Then had the cheek to tell me to be careful with her card machine which I had placed back on the filthy counter top. Who the hell is running that place
