No contact to sort it, had to re order and collect, mentioned the previous order lost and not a word, no advice, no basic apology. It reflects on Subway because they use them and have a contract, but they disassociate themselves. For this terrible lack of customer service I cannot recommend them as it takes any enjoyment out of their meals.

I'm sure even that boy looked uncomfortable how we were being served . Also said something in different language. Very disappointed!!!!
