  Sad to see bad reviews I live local I think the place is okay sometimes the shelves are empty because of the students from the College but overall I think the staff are very nice..

  Encountered a very agressive worker (shaved head) stacking shelves there. I had already noted him swearing angrily at a customer who had tripped over the mop and bucket that he himself had left unattended in the aisle, then a few minutes later he zoomed around the corner at me, blocking my way with himself and a trolly basket. I said excuse me to pass him but he just stared and didn't move. I moved his basket to pass and he glared at me and I actually thought he may hit me - certainly looked like he wanted to! When I reached the till he scuttled over and continued the glaring. I explained what had happened to what appeared to be the manager serving me, about how rude and aggressive the other man had been. The manager didn't seem interested at all but did ask his coworker what had happened. He just shrugged and said 'I don't speak English'. The swearing I had heard earlier was certainly in English but his reply just made the manager laugh. So that was that in terms of an apology or any accountability for his outrageous behaviour. An absolutely appalling experience and we will never shop there again.

  Only realised when on way home that I hadn't been offered a receipt or asked if I wanted one. Added up the cost of the 3 items I had bought and the older lady serving had over charged me 60p. Not worth going back but will ask for receipts and check them in the shop going forwards.

  They sent me rotten fruit and veg via just eat most of it was inedible I only got a small compensation from just eat the state of the stuff they sent me was disgusting a off bag of salad another bag of salad that tasted sour spoiled strawberries and a watermelon that was not ripe and white inside absolutely disgusting

  Only ever go here for the convenience when staying with family. Food quality is awful and today, pretty much the same! The blackberries were covered in white mould and the packaging made it difficult to see this. Every time we go in, every time we throw food away because of the quality. This is the last time and prefer to jump in the car to Waitrose in Esher!
