- SHSarah HallJun 1, 20263.0The staff here are lovely. It’s super convenient in this location. Main issues are the shockingly poor stock availability. Sandwhiches on a Monday morning trying to buy for my sons packed lunch on a school trip- not a single sandwhich/ wrap there. Just long stretches of empty shelves. Vegetable & fruit usually 1/3- 1/2 empty. They NEVER have cucumbers! Often no salad leaves either. Fresh vegetarian section is very poor. Pastries often all gone too. Finally: their self serve check out tills are the worst I have ever experienced in any shop ever. They constantly go wrong. Nearly every item needs checking by staff and when there’s a huge queue they are dealing with this can take forever. Need to replace them all to speed things up. And get better stock/ deliveries to meet demand. It’s now so unreliable I go far less often as rarely get all I came in does

One the third occasion they replied "speak english" and did not assist. Manager was informed and no action was taken. Make of that what you will.

But scanned on the machine completely different I will be making a report to head office . It’s not about the price it’s the attitude from one male staff member
