  There was only one lady who had been there 5 days who was amazing and even served whilst she was on her break.The young man who was behind the bar didn't have a clue what he was doing and nearly over charged me and the lady I mentioned above had to come of her break to sort it out. The meal said coleslaw with it but there wasn't any and I was told there had not been any for a few weeks. I was not told this when I placed my order .I have stayed at the hotel 3 times .The first time the restaurant was good .... the second time it was closed due to staff shortage and this time short staffed and new staff .Please ensure that all staff are trained as its not fair for one person to be holding it altogether especially when she's only been there for 5 days.

  First time of visiting and met some friends, who recommended. Lovely atmosphere, clean, value for money and accommodating staff

  We went here this evening for a family members birthday, booked in advance as there was 15 of us so they restaurant knew there was a large party. We all ordered one after the other so our food should have come out the same however 4 of our party got their food after about 30 mins of waiting, and 2 members got their starters then that was it! No food came out for another hour of waiting, after much complaining and asking for the manager and several excuses later the food finally came out after over an hour of waiting and the kids food came out half hour after this!!! The last 2 meals to come out, one of the burgers was stone cold and the other was served on a dirty plate! Absolutely appalling customer service from all staff including the chef who apparently thinks we ordered too much food and that our order was a “joke” we complained and got a refund but have now been told that we will not be allowed to book there again (not that we would after this evenings experience) not very professional or acceptable of constructive criticism! Not exactly customer friendly by telling people if they complain about a service or lack of service that they won’t be able to come back!! DO NOT EAT HERE!
