I ordered through phone and after 20 mns when I reached the place the guy said he hasn't started the order, when I asked why he said he sent me a payment link after payment only he can start the order but I haven't received any link to pay. I told the same and he refused to accept, started arguing and further delayed my order. Worst service ever. Never going back

My order never arrived. On the 31st July at 23:14, I called the Domino’s in Sutton High Street store to get an update on my Uber Eats order (I still have the order details in the app). I was told I had placed the order with a different store. They also said they were already closed, then simply hung up on me. To make matters worse, Uber Eats made it incredibly difficult to contact customer support to cancel the order. Every option just led me to an AI chat. I eventually managed to call support through the Uber app, but my calls were repeatedly disconnected. In the end, Deliveroo saved me from going to bed hungry. Well done, Deliveroo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
