  My order never arrived. On the 31st July at 23:14, I called the Domino’s in Sutton High Street store to get an update on my Uber Eats order (I still have the order details in the app). I was told I had placed the order with a different store. They also said they were already closed, then simply hung up on me. To make matters worse, Uber Eats made it incredibly difficult to contact customer support to cancel the order. Every option just led me to an AI chat. I eventually managed to call support through the Uber app, but my calls were repeatedly disconnected. In the end, Deliveroo saved me from going to bed hungry. Well done, Deliveroo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Placed an order through the app for delivery at 6.15 on Saturday 11th. The app won't update, stating its waiting to be prepared. The order hasn't been delivered at time of 7.05. I've had no contact from the store. Ans when I tried ringing the store directly to find out what's happening the phone number isn't recognised... for a company as big as dominos... this is horrendous... its impossible to get a refund because you have to contact the store according to the app and their number doesn't work...

  Superb servies and hospitality by manager Maryam. I prefer the collection and have always found the staff professional and really a great hospitality by Maryam.. Thank you, keep up the good work.
