  I’ve always loved and indulged in papa johns, who even is domino or Pizza Hut (not even a hut). Amazing deals for a pizza that breaks the taste barriers and has taken me on many journeys of enlightenment and findings. Only fault I’ve ever had was delivery issues which cannot fault the Joyful staff and there Italian circle making.

  Yesterday I placed an order online to claim a voucher offered to be by this store 4 months ago due to a poor quality order of 4 pizzas. We order from this store a lot and collect but many time is the food quality low compared to other Papa stores. The owner/Manager was there and started to ask questions Implying that I had somehow cheated/robed him. He was very obnoxious and rude towards me and my husband. Although the allegations were implied and not specifically mentioned, it was apparent that he was annoyed that I claimed the voucher your customer service team provided me. The owner asked many times both for our phone numbers to “link” the order to an account (at least this is what he said), then he asked our address repeatedly and finally he said that since the system was showing that we had 5 years to put an order in (Incorrect statement, I do have the email receipts for my orders) we had to pay for the pizza.We very politely, showed him the email from the Papa Johns customer service, but he did not accept it, implying that I redeemed the code in the past and now I m using it again. The he told us we have to pay for the free complementary pizza.
