  Service was good. Manager was so polite while serving us. And the pizza was nice.

  As a regular customer they went thru a year of nothing I cud ever complain about every thing came correct but that was over a year ago now. The last 10 orders in a row now I have paid for extra mozzarella on all pizzas ordered. And 10 out if 10 orderd for 2 pizzas a time have had literally no cheese on just blistered bread bubbles its a complete joke. The food pizza itself is literally just bread and cheese.. its not hard to remember cheese you know? I didnt complain for months now as thought what is the point. But this time I phoned up as had enough. Staff was nice enough but at first said. "In future call after you order and tell us to remember cheese" ... are u joking?. I said no I want compensation. And was told can have oneee medium pizza for the 16 plus pizzas that been charged for extra cheese on top and had none.. fine I didn't complain bfr about the other 9 deliveries granted but at the very leest I shud have bothhh the pizzas I just had incorrectly made refunded or replaced not just one! And too many inconsistencies, one time the italian crust is thicker than a loaf bread, this time my italian crust was thin and crispy...Maybe time to stick to fireaway across the road instead from now sadly.

  Waited 65 minutes for a pizza delivery instead of 21-30. Do not do home delivery if you do not know the map.

  Shocking customer service from the assistant manager. I placed a large food order online for delivery , and realised I forgot to add my sons nacho’s ..... I immediately called the branch and kindly asked for the nachos to be added to my order (I offered to pay The extra on delivery or over the phone) . The manger told me it was not possible to add to the online order , and I had to either reorder and pay the delivery charge as the nachos were below the minimum order for free delivery! He wouldn’t except payment over phone for a new order and waiver the delivery charge , so I suggested I order & pay online , as a collection order (so the Nachos were paid for) and he could just send them along with the delivery driver .... and he point blank refused , told me I would have to come to the branch and Collect the portion of Nachos myself despite the delivery driver coming to my home to deliver the rest of my order . I had a house full of kids so couldn’t leave them unattended (hence the food being delivered in first instance) Absolutely ridiculous.
