  Tesco Extra Sunbury-on-Thames is one of the most convenient and well-stocked supermarkets in the area. The store is spacious, easy to navigate, and offers an excellent range of products, making it a great one-stop shop for both weekly groceries and everyday essentials. One of the biggest advantages of this branch is the sheer variety available. From fresh fruit and vegetables to bakery items, household goods, clothing, and seasonal products, there is a wide selection to suit different needs. It is particularly useful when you want to complete all your shopping in one place without having to visit multiple stores. The store is generally well organised, and products are easy to locate. We have found the shelves to be well stocked on most visits, and there is a good balance between Tesco own-brand products and popular branded items. Another positive aspect is the large car park, which makes visiting very convenient, especially for families or people doing larger shopping trips. The self-service checkouts and manned tills help keep queues moving, and the overall shopping experience is usually smooth and efficient. The staff have always been friendly and helpful whenever assistance has been needed. Their professionalism and willingness to help contribute to making each visit pleasant. The store's size also means there is plenty of space to shop comfortably, even during busier periods. Having additional facilities and services available within the store adds to the convenience. Overall, Tesco Extra Sunbury-on-Thames is an excellent supermarket that combines convenience, variety, and good customer service. It has become our preferred location for larger shopping trips, and we are always happy with the experience. A reliable and well-maintained store that serves the local community very well.

  We received our Tesco order on Sunday 7th June and, unfortunately, the delivery driver gave us very little time to inspect anything before rushing off. Once we started putting the food away and had a chance to properly check the order, we discovered what appeared to be dead maggots/insects among the items. They were all over the cans and vegetables, meaning the entire order had been contaminated. This was obviously extremely concerning and incredibly disappointing. I contacted Tesco immediately via WhatsApp after being left on hold on the phone for over an hour. I was eventually told that someone from the branch responsible for the delivery would contact me. It is now Wednesday and nobody has been in touch. I reached out again this morning and was given exactly the same response. The most worrying part of this experience isn’t just finding what appeared to be dead insects in our food delivery—it’s the complete lack of urgency and concern shown afterwards. This is a serious hygiene and food safety issue, and Tesco’s failure to follow up or investigate properly has been shocking. I have photographs of the contamination and will now be escalating this matter to Environmental Health and the Food Standards Agency, as I do not feel Tesco has taken this issue seriously. Very disappointed.

  People are allowed to reverse parking with no children at all into parents and children's bays. I've seen this happen loads of times here. Massive disrespect to parents as we need the space to get our children out of the vehicles. Tesco need to enforce this!
