  Awful experience. 1) we waited a while to be seated. Not the staffs fault as there were about 2 of them, they need to hire more staff, that's the companies fault. 2) ordered our food and then it arrived. I ordered the maple corn ribs that I've had before and it's lovely however these ones came and it was basically corn on the cob... I'd tell you the price but the company conveniently don't have their prices on the website, wonder why (!) Told one of the staff that I'm not paying for that and her face told me that she was shocked I had that delivered to my table and she would change it. I thanked her and when she brought it back it was basically still corn on the cob but at least it had the maple syrup and the chillies. I felt bad for her as she tried her best and decided not to say anything again. Waited for a while to get our check, I actually had to go up to the bar and ask for it. Again, not the staff fault, it's the company for not hiring enough staff and putting so much pressure on your current staff. I make this complaint not to the store but to the company, help out your stores and actually do something. Don't just give your fake concerned reply of "give us the chance to make it a 5 star review" give me a reason to give you 5 stars. The staff were lovely and friendly, it's a shame they have no support from the company.

  We stood at the front with many staff looking at us and completely ignoring us. We stood there for about 10 mins (bare in mind there were probably 3 other families in there seated) so wasn’t busy at all. Finally one of us went over to a staff member and asked him to seat us. He seated us and service was good from then on. Food was okay, the ‘coleslaw’ is crappy, the salad needs to come back!! As always, the price is ridiculous.

  Not a very good experience at all, food took absolutely ages and was dismal, i ordered my steak well done it was medium rare i told them but it was goinf go take 25 minutes to make another, we were on the clock as it was my sons birthday, the staff were good with my sons birthday and sang him the birthday song.

  At first when we arrived it was a bit messy and slow but Imogen who served us was an excellent waitress and worked hard to provide the best possible service even though we could see she was the only one serving. They had ran out of fajitas so I had the burger and husband had the steak. The kids had fish fingers and ribs. All of the food came out hot well presentable and delicious! I had a few cocktails too and they were really nice. Thank you Imogen for making our family meal a lovely experience!
