  The Tesco in Asford Staines has an appalling security guard named Mohamed, who is completely ableist. If you want to user the in store's electric scooter for shopping he shouts at you. Asked him politely for the key for my mother who clearly struggles to walk, and he completely acted like we were an inconvenience. Furthermore, upon trying to take the electric scooter to the car to unload said shopping, he accuses you of theft and expects you to magically learn how to walk. Are disabled people expected to carry heavy loads to their cars. It's ridiculous. Felt belittled and shouted at for being disabled. Something my mother can't control. Will be reporting him for his ill mannered behaviour. How dare he think he can be ableist to disabled people. My mother was in tears.

  I love this Tesco each time I visit, I have not been disappointed. Fully stocked and well arranged with adequate and correct store signs. You cannot miss your way despite the big size. The store is always neat and the ambience commendable and you will notice staff all available to hep with a smile
