  Very poor service, no communication, no organisation and no respect for customers. We left without wanting to continue our meal. Definitely not coming back.

  I just wanna say that we had the most amazing time at this Wagamama. I just wanna say a big thank you to Emma That helped us out that Day. There was around 15 of us and she handed it very well and we can can’t be more happier. We were very upset with Zizzi Even though we had a booking and they turned us down and Cancelled our booking as well on the same day. But Wagamama’s came through and helped me to save my cousin Cousin’s birthday. So we are very happy & Satisfied

  Came here last night for the first time I was very impressed by the manager with looking after me with dealing with my allergy with efficiency and kindness. Unfortunately the food I ordered wasn't very good as it was hot and cold but I tried some of my mates and it was ok. Some other staff may need training regarding allergen info since most places I've been too everyone knows what's going on with allergens but at one point I asked if there was nuts in the red sauce at table then the lady in question said there's no nuts in the building which doesn't make sense since there is literally allergen info confirming there are nuts...

  Had a wonderful experience here tonight with my partner. The waitresses Seyada and Emma were absolute gems and were so friendly. Both made mine and my partners day with how hilarious they were! Highly recommend this location :))

  Absolutely outstanding service! We are currently on a two night trip with our two Sons (13&2) - we had went for a look around local and close proximity of our hotel to see what was available after a long drive to get here (Thorpe park tomorrow) we wanted to avoid more time in the car. We’d passed Wagamama and continued to walk around and as we’d come back around my 13 year old say I’d like to try Wagamama some day, so that was it off we went.. me full of dread because of multiple allergens (gluten, dairy, egg) that I cannot have or tolerate. I have never been anywhere to eat that has ever made me comfortable with my allergens, the manager was so attentive and informative and just really friendly - I’ve never eaten somewhere that hasn’t made me feel like an inconvenience in regards to those - the way they go through the allergens ‘board’ (iPad/tablet) was fantastic and the service was just generally amazing. I’m sure we will be back even though we are only here on a short trip. Thanks you so much Wagamama
