  Very disappointing experience. I witnessed staff behaving unprofessionally towards multiple delivery drivers who were simply waiting for their orders. One driver politely showed his phone to a staff member asking to check his order — the food was already sitting there ready — but the staff member ignored him and continued chatting with a colleague. It was only when another staff member stepped in that the food was finally handed over. These drivers are just doing their jobs and trying to get food to customers on time. This kind of dismissive and rude attitude is completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behaviour urgently.

  Called to ask about my food order only to speak to one of the rudest managers I've ever come across. He hung up on me and was very very abrupt ! Terrible service

  I really appreciate the service and love how the food is freshly prepared while u wait and it is really clean and I would highly recommend FIVE GUYS

  Only two screens in shop to place order and the rewards apparently linked to your Google wallet won't work when trying to order and staff who speak poor English no help

  Been there twice,first time they got the order wrong. Second time the milkshake turned up halfway through the bland meal. Avoid,staff there can't even handle a simple order. Overpriced,overrated rubbish. Go somewhere else
