I asked about using multiple offers from my rewards as the app clearly specifies that a reward can be used in conjunction with another however the server who I initially asked, refused to serve me the moment I asked without any explanation. While another server took over and explained it wasn’t possible in a normal and calm manner I understood. While waiting for my order I made with the second server I could hear the first server loudly stating someone else asked the same thing and he told them to “F off” (his words). Then as I was collecting my order I could hear that same server speaking very aggressively towards another customer. I didn’t stick around as I had to be somewhere else but his actions are completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It’s really a shame because the rest of his co workers were completely fine and very professional.
