  Absolutely disgraceful service – the worst takeaway experience I have ever had. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! I placed my order at 6:20 PM through Just Eat. FOUR HOURS LATER, NO FOOD, NO REFUND, AND NOT EVEN A GENUINE APOLOGY. The estimated delivery time kept being pushed back. When I finally called the restaurant, I was told they couldn't find my order and was put on hold. And that's where the nightmare began. I called FOUR OR FIVE TIMES. Every single time, they told me to hold on, then left me waiting for 10, 15, sometimes 20 minutes, without ever coming back to the phone. I eventually had to call again WHILE MY PREVIOUS CALL WAS STILL ON HOLD, only for them to do exactly the same thing again. This wasn't just terrible customer service. It was a complete lack of respect for a paying customer and their time. After approximately three and a half hours, the staff became incredibly rude and suddenly claimed that the driver had been there and had tried calling me, but I hadn't answered. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE DRIVER. I had been desperately trying to reach the restaurant for hours! How convenient that, after repeatedly telling me they couldn't even find my order, they suddenly claimed delivery had been attempted. Then, when I demanded a refund for the food I NEVER RECEIVED, they refused and told me to contact Just Eat. Just Eat, meanwhile, kept directing me back to the restaurant. FOUR HOURS WASTED. NO DINNER. NO REFUND. JUST EXCUSES, CONTRADICTORY STORIES AND APPALLING ATTITUDES. What makes me angriest is that I could have ordered food somewhere else hours earlier. If they had simply been honest and told me they couldn't fulfil my order, I would have understood and made other arrangements. Instead, they kept me waiting, hungry, stressed and repeatedly chasing an order that never arrived. I have never experienced such an astonishing level of incompetence, disrespect and complete disregard for a customer. Taking someone's money, failing to deliver their order, wasting four hours of their evening and then refusing to take responsibility is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this branch to THINK TWICE. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL. ZERO STARS. NEVER AGAIN.

  Disgusting, I believe my food and drink was tampered with. Unsealed, Unhygienic. I’m in shock. Has put me off buying any takeaway from anywhere in the future.

  I ordered a mini pizza and chicken tenders 30 mins before closing, the tracking on uber eats wasn't showing up because dominos use their own couriers. The eta kept changing and the shop had closed. Just as I try to get a refund and order elsewhere the delivery guy shows up with a smile on his face, I feel so bad because he went up all the stairs, late at night (there's no lift) and still delivered. He's delivered to me in the past and is always very polite, thank you so much it really made my evening.
