  Food was ok BUT... Considering they open until 10pm and I got there around 7pm; the toilets were closed so I couldn't wash my hands before my meal, most of the chairs were on the tables so not many places to sit, I ordered with the table service but got called by unfriendly staff from the counter to collect. BK was always one of my favourites but has gone downhill.

  The staffs are extremely friendly! Came there for the mandalorian special and they are really helpful on helping me get the mando cup especially when the period promo is almost ending

  Unfortunately, I visited several times, but the soft drink machine was out of order every time. This was very disappointing and not a good experience. I hope it can be fixed soon for future customers.

  I visited Burger King at Staines High Street and ordered four burgers and a loaded fries. After waiting 15 minutes with no sign of my order, despite the restaurant being empty and four staff members working in the kitchen, I was left wondering what was causing the delay. I eventually went to the counter and spoke to the assistant manager about my order, but received no clear response. Instead, the manager simply looked at the other staff members. I could see that the burgers had already been prepared and left sitting while the fries were still being made. Once the fries were ready, the food was handed over to me, but the burgers were cold. I informed the manager that the burgers were cold and explained that they appeared to have been sitting for 8–10 minutes. She insisted that they had been kept warm in a heated tray, but they were clearly cold. She then offered to remake them; however, instead of preparing fresh burgers, she simply microwaved the same burgers and returned them to me. I am very disappointed with the service at Burger King. The long wait, poor communication, cold food, and the way my concerns were handled made for a very disappointing experience. I expect much better standards of customer service and food quality.
