Just had breakfast here for the first time and totally blown away by the service and quality of food. The latte was definitely better than many other retails locally, the vegetarian English breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed and the sourdough with sliced mushrooms and egg was just what I wanted in the morning. The staff is incredibly polite too. We are definitely coming back more often here.

Very poor service from the manager. We got the drinks quick, but the food only came after 30m,and cold. Only came after my husband went to the counter. When the manager came with the food, instead of apologising, she was very rude and said "it was only have been 30m, food don't cook quick". Which I understand, but I suspect that the food was left in the counter, because my toast was cold, and didn't have the hot drink anymore either. Very rude manager. Very disappointed.

Pleased with lunch today. It was very busy but we still found a table. There were lots of staff members present delivering food and clearing tables. Despite a large crowd we did not have to wait too long for our drinks and food. I had the Gingerbread Shake and the Halloumi Burger.

Took half an hour for anyone to come and tell me my order will take another 20 mins to not being able to get a refund. Last time I go there
