  We had a wonderful experience and would especially like to thank our server, Rohan, for making the evening so enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional throughout, making sure we were well looked after and that everything was perfect. His warm personality and excellent service really made a difference to our experience, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great time. It’s not often you come across service that feels so thoughtful and genuine, and Rohan absolutely went above and beyond.

  Wagamama has always been one of my top 10 favourite restaurants in London. Having worked in hospitality since moving to London, I truly appreciate good food and excellent service. The food was great as always, but unfortunately, Amira (the name written on the menu on our table) let the experience down with her attitude. She made us feel as though she was paying for our food and drinks herself! Thankfully, a lovely colleague whose name starts with “N” (curly hair and a beard) sorry I forgot the name , provided wonderful service to my partner and me. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism — it really makes a difference. Unfortunately, 2 stars because of one person’s attitude, despite the excellent service from another team member. Hospitality is about more than food; it’s about making customers feel welcome. There are so many places to choose from in London. Good luck with Amira 🥴-I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

  Wagamama has become too much like a cafeteria. My wife and I each ordered a meal and mine came out quickly, but hers didn’t come out for another 20 minutes. The staff never checked on us and we had to flag someone down for my wife to get a 2nd cup of tea. We won’t go back.
