  Saku saku duck soba today had hardly any meat on the duck, just crispy fat making the noodles super oily… I think they missed out the teriyaki sauce too… it was just inedible. No pad thai anymore on the menu which is a real shame. My daughters chicken bento box had a tiny chicken portion in it too with hardly any sauce. Not up to the usual standard this time.

  Went for Monday lunch, I’m guessing it was the chef’s day off and the person cooking hadn’t been trained on quantities of ingredients for each dish as our 3 mains were all less good than usual and lacking in sauce and flavour. Service was not great considering how quiet it was. The veg gyozas were horribly stodgy and lacking in veg.

  Actually had the best experience tonight, really wasn't expecting much, food was sublime, wait times non existent, the service though. Just oh my gosh, our greeter was super chill, our server Chelsea was really herself and made us feel very comfortable and cared for and then for pudding, I had literally the best conversation with a lovely young chap called Evan, who put alot of care and attention into making our 🥹dinner a truly memorable experience, what a credit to wagamama, great salesman too we were just about to order his reccomended pudding when we realised we had to dash for the football, thanks wagas reigate ♥️
