  We were seated in the blazing sun and we had to ask three times for the blinds to be closed Each time they lowered them by a couple of inches. The food was average and the male serving staff were poor. The girls were better.

  Waitress was very slow in getting our order. Waiter very slow in brining our drinks. Everyone could have done better

  What an experience we had lovely friendly staff. Waiter called Tyler helped out with a dietary and very polite. Highly recommend it for a date night meal

  i came to wagamama in reigate with my friends and was really disappointed in the service. the young girl who served us briefly came and took away our plates while someone was still eating and had no manners or politeness when doing so. her whole etiquette when clearing our table was just rude. after that i saw her looking at my group then giving funny looks to her co worker clearly judging us for laughing. everyone else had very polite and kind service. food was always good.

  It was crazy busy. More so than I ever saw it. But still the service was personal and excellent. We waited longer but there were people waiting out the door. The manager is top notch and steps in to take an order and always makes sure all is ok. The few servers were working really hard and delivering orders that come out at different times adds to the pressure at for them at Wagas. The food is always reliable.
