  Ordered 3 pizzas through deliveroo and used my location for the address Waited around an hour seeing the same "restaurant preparing order" when I placed the order at 2.54 and it was already 4pm I got fed up and decided to give the restaurant a call with some guy on the other end sounding super unbothered telling us they had our order at the restaurant and to come in person We showed up but waited at the till for ages calling out for staff that didnt seem to exist until the guy that was on the phone showed up Turns out it was delivered to the wrong door and he then claimed that they were trying to contact me many times saying I put in the wrong number I told him my number was correct the only thing that went wrong was the address it was within the area just the wrong door But he just kept repeating himself like a broken record telling oh next time you should do this next time you should do that I literally explained I never had issues with deliveroo like this before in fact I use this service quite often But it was ridiculous we walked all the way to the restaurant just to be met with the poorest service I've ever seen We stood there getting lectured and dismissed by this guy for nearly 15 minutes with him picking up a call halfway through and ignoring us He eventually gave us our pizzas after mansplaining away but it genuinely wasnt even worth it By the time we got our pizzas they were cold, not even properly cut, and tasted stale I would highly not recommend ordering from here unless you're just that desperate for some mid ahh overpriced pizza The guy who served us was a man that looked in his mid 30s light colored eyes and a beard I didnt catch his name but he was so unnecessarily rude and spoke to us like we were idiots £92.63 down the bin. I demand a refund or at least a partial refund for this.

  After two hours of waiting, the courier, stopped a few hundred yards away, marked it as delivered, and stole the pizza.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE absolute waste of time i ordered my lunch and 1 hour and 30 minuets later I CALLED THEM and was told they couldnt deliver it even though they told me my order would be with me an hour ago. i was made to come to the store and collect my food taking alot of time out of my work day to do so but was not reimbursed for my petrol money or refunded my delivery charge that i had paid for. staff where very rude and acted as if they where doing me a favor by giving me my food. will not be ordering from here again

  Would give it 0. Althought the shop is literally plastered with the lunch time deal, when I went in the man was very rude and told me I needed to use the app and it had changed that day. When I a pointed out the signage is misleading he kept saying it had changed that day and now it is via the app. Not going to argue just spent more money at dominoes across the road. I was actually going to try Papa John's for the first time, now I will not bother. Staff are rude and needy training in customer service, especially with you being to the area!
