  I ordered a pizza at 2:22 on October 3rd 2026. At 4:22 the item still wasn’t delivered. I called the restaurant and asked what happened and they tried to blame me. So I told them the Deliveroo app (which I booked them through) says it’s your driver not theirs. They then agreed and said 15 minutes the pizza will be delivered and that they would call me back. Nearly 45 minutes later no call. I tried calling twice and they simply stopped picking up my calls anymore (I only called once to see what was going on). Luckily Deliveroo said they would give me a full refund. I don’t like messing with people’s jobs but whoever picked up the phone/ the manager on duty that day should be reviewed so that this does not happen again.
