  I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a wrong order and terrible customer service. I ordered a Large Veggie Supreme pizza at the counter to take home. When I opened it at home, I found I had been given a Large Pepperoni pizza instead. I called the store immediately. The staff told me they could not deliver the correct pizza because my home is outside their delivery zone. They promised a refund instead. This refund was never processed. When I called back to follow up on my missing money, I was treated very poorly. The branch manager, James, was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and dismissive of my complaint. I expect to receive the refund I was promised and want this manager's behaviour addressed by corporate head office.

  Had an issue before on my partners app where we would put in our address but would come up wrong in the app tracking. This time we did it on my app and the same problem occurred so we called the store. We were told that there were no orders under my name and address (app showed it was out for delivery) and that he was very busy and couldn’t help us. After basically fobbing us off, he then magically found the order and told us it’s going where it’s going and there’s nothing he can do about it. I think this branch may need some updated training on customer service as telling a customer who has paid a lot of money (dominos isn’t cheap anymore!) that they have no idea where their order is, is horrendously poor. Luckily the driver came to the right place as she knew of the glitch and was lovely about it at the door, so thank you to that lady!

  Never really had a bad dominos before and ive had plenty from this branch. I dont know if they have changed staff, but the pizzas were werent nice. Far too much crust, barely any toppings and broke up like it had been sat around for a while. Not sure why though as I collected after 20 mins of ordering. I can only assume whoever cut had there eyes closed because it was so uneven.
