Not saying you have to have exactly what I'm after, but ideally youd have some coop sourdough. Or anything with a bit of firmness. But you only ever have a tiny ammount. It's always sold out yet your shelves are half fulll with that cloying stodgy soft Warburtons gut rot, that accounts for 90% of the space. You all know what I mean. "Sour dough but soft" "made WITH sourdough" no. Either you've soured the dough or you haven't. But you have't. You've taken your usual soda breadcrecipie for IBS and as soured its flavour. " 'Our dough" very clever. But not. It's up to warburtons if they dint want to make real bread, but please stock more of the other stuff then. I refuse to make do anymore unless I've got literally nothing at home to eat up. I can't afford to waste money on regret, because when I go out with X in mind I feel I have to settle for Y once I'm in there. It's the same complaint as last time 'variety' and you need to please have adequate 'stock' not 10 differently named basically identical products. Thanks.
