  I’ve just ordered some pizza deals and after 40 minutes I decided to call them to find out what is going on? They said the order has been cancelled due to nobody collecting it, that I had received an email to inform me that it had been cancelled (which I didn’t) I called again right after to see if my partner could collect it and they ignored my calls, my partner used his phone and they answered straight away!!! When he asked if he could collect the pizzas they said they’ve binned it and would take another 40 minutes? What an absolute waste of food!! Incompetent staff!!!!

  Ordered food then for delivery then received phonecall saying it won't be delivered and refund will be given within 3 days. Told it was my problem on the phone when I said I couldn't collect. Absolute shambles and rude staff.

  Very nice staff😍😍 especially the manager , he was very helpful . The pizza was great i really enjoyed . Papa johns leatherhead is best. I must recommend everyone to make your evening special and get a very nice pizza from papa johns Banstead.🩵

  Worse pizza had and chicken under cooked spoke to member of staff he was very rude i was not and they put phone down on me
