  Placed an order via the papa johns website , 30 minutes after it had been accepted I receive a call from a staff member telling me that it would be £25 as he is going to book a taxi to deliver the order (?????), was rude down the phone and repeatedly told me that they didn't accept my order - despite me looking at the live tracker that was emailed to me from the order accept email. Really poor

  Complete waste of time waited an hour for the food to be dispatched and never arrived, driver unable to even explain where he was and unable to do the job he is paid to do. Staff in shop where exactly the same left is waiting near hour and a half and spend twenty minutes trying to help the get to the address. Which amazingly enough everyone else manages to find.
