  Looks pretty rough and unkempt from the outside and drab and dreary on the inside, food was decent and reasonable priced. Staff where cheery and helpful

  We had a very good lunch at this Beefeater. The weather outside as +30° but the atmosphere inside was very pleasant. The menu had a good verity of dishes and our meals of steak salad and sea bass were really nice.

  Long time waiting when I first walked in despite there being hardly any people in the place! Apart from that it was all okay.

  The meal itself was very enjoyable and I had a great evening. It's what happened after that was a nightmare. I started to feel a bit ill at the table so excused myself to the hotel room. I was then sick a handful of times and had a dippy stomach all night. The following morning I went to speak to a manager, not to seek compensation but to just let them know my experience so they could perhaps check the ingredients or fridge conditions to make sure it doesn't happen again. I was told a manager would be right over, she's just finishing a meeting. After 45 minutes, I caught a member of staff to say I've been waiting for 45 mins and is the manager available... I got met with "she isn't, no". I then asked when she would be and was told another 15 minutes wait... For a restaurant that has "please review us" posters everywhere, I'd probably do a little more when someone tries to bring up feedback!
