- TStaylor dos santos3 days ago1.0I ordered food and only received half of my order. I then complained about this and an employee denied that they had missed anything. They also claimed to have checked the CCTV of them putting it into the bag and me eating it which is completely false. I then spoke to a manager who claimed to have saw me eat this. which was entirely not true as i never received it and they kept saying it’s not a big deal due to the price. But i feel like it is principle that i should receive what i have ordered and not be called a liar but their staff. Security also agreed with me but there was nothing much they could do.

- MHmilly hamiltonMay 29, 20261.0the wait time is utterly ridiculous. i am simply struggling to comprehend how it could possibly take 2 hours to prepare a burger and small fries let alone even select a driver for my order. will not be ordering from this mcdonalds in the future nor do i recommend it. my order has now been cancelled. i ordered at 11pm and it is now 1am. would have been better off ordering breakfast.
