  Love the burgers here at Five Guys. Obviously not as quick as other burger places but its all freshly made so can't fault them for that! portions are perfect

  We order a lot from 5 Guys for home delivery, for a family of 5 however the experience of interacting with very dry, disinterested and dismissive staff in store at Guildford today (29/07/2026) was not great!

  My Autistic picky eater and I come here fairly regularly. The staff are lovely and accommodate the slightly wacky orders without blinking. So far we've had two sides of just cheese (main order being a grilled cheese) and a very happy child both times. Shout out to Achour!
