Collection only, didn't really have any interaction with staff. The counter was busy but fast moving.

As a regular collection orderer I find it frustrating how the team don't communicate with customers. Whilst I totally appreciate distinct roles ie someone is cooking not front of house, all you need to do is say 'hi someone will be with you in a second' instead of leaving someone stood there like a lemon for ages. Similarly if you clock someone at the till it's not great customer service to make eye contact then sit on the steps within view and go on your phone without saying hi or welcoming them. If someone's pizza isn't ready, you just need to say 'its just being cut, be right with you'. If you phone to check if you can pay cash on collection then make your order you'd expect to be able to pay cash, and not be told 'oh you should have mentioned that on the phone' especially if it's definitely the same team member both times. i am kinda fed up with just being ignored. The food's always well made and tastes great, but the in-store experience has wound me up over time as it's team-wide not a one off.
