  EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 The service at the Burger King Ladymead, Guildford branch was woefully poor and extremely disappointing. 🤬 The staff appeared disorganised, unhelpful and, in my experience, seriously lacking in basic customer-service standards. My criticism is not about anyone’s race, nationality or background. It is solely about the standard of service I experienced as a paying customer. I believe customers are entitled to honest, professional and respectful service, regardless of who they are. Unfortunately, my experience at this branch was so poor that I will not be returning to Burger King at Ladymead, Guildford. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🤬

  I had a great experience at Burger King. Manager Anil was very friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. The team members were also welcoming, polite, and provided excellent customer service. The food was fresh, and the service was quick. I would definitely recommend this Burger King and will be coming back again!

  Great experience at Burger King Guildford! The food was fresh, hot, and prepared quickly. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Everything was exactly as expected, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

  Took nearly half an hour to get a burger. They gave me cheese fries not on order. Inedible. The server was so slow. On ketchup offered. The only thing that seems to work there is the drink machine

  They ignore you repeatedly despite making eye contact at the counter. Waited 10+ minutes at the counter to be given incorrect information on how to order using a code. Back to the counter to be ignored again for 10+ minutes and giving up and leaving. Absolutely no organisation of food being served and the staff are miserable and unhelpful
