Ordered some rolls among other things from Deliveroo to cheer my wife up during a bad day, and they came completely covered in mould despite being a few days in date. Employees here must be phoning it in if they put this out AND packed it for delivery without realising. Disgraceful
- CDC DJun 27, 20262.0The issue is some of the staff, especially Bala who I’ve witnessed shouting at people many times. I even saw her once falsely accuse an OAP of hitting her. She often causes a fuss with customers, and I’m not sure how she still has a job there. Sam is also very rude, reluctant to help and never seems to reduce items properly or to a decent discount and then takes off with them at night when he finishes his shift… However, when Sophie reduces items she is always willing to help, check correct dates on things and they seem to get reduced down to a bargain in the evening by her. The rest of the staff are also very friendly, helpful and do a good job so the 2 stars is for them.
