  Food was good as always - pork bao buns were our favorite dish. Service was good and quick. I would recommend booking for a Saturday night though. Special shout out to Raf who was greeting and seating guests. He was so friendly and kind.

  received an order from deliveroo with an alive fly in it. staff should be properly trained in health and safety as this is not acceptable. managed to get a refund though deliveroo.

  I got click and collect my food was all good unfortunately I had barely any sauce and I paid for the sauce that’s literally in the name on the dish. KATSU CURRY

  After waiting 10 minutes we decided to leave, we were 2nd in line, not one member of staff smiled, looked at us or spoke to us, the only staff around were the miserable bar woman and the miserable angry, didn't want to be there waitress, chucking trays around like Frisbees! I've got to say this restaurant chain needs a good looking at, it's so inconsistent! I had a wonderful experience in Chichester and the last two visits Epsom and Crawley have shown me that the chain is poorly run.

  Absolute shambles of a store. I love wagamamas but this store couldnt run a bath. TWICE ive ordered online for click and collect and my order was 40min late THEN had to return my order as half the order was hot and the other was cold! Store neede a shake up.
