  The staff at Tesco store next to Epsom train station are so help, professional and caring. There are two members of staff in particular who always ask me how I am and how my mum is. You never get that, that friendly hello in stores any more. And it can get really busy but they never fail to have a smile on their faces and a hello. Big thank you for being lovely humans to Jega and Kula. All the staff are nice but they are the reason I go to get my shopping from there and nowhere else. Tesco are lucky to have you both as employees

  The curly haired ginger guy on tills was really helpful with telling me where an item I couldn’t find was ! Shop was overall very tidy and easily accessible for me and my son as we live so close 👏🏻

  Every time I visit Tesco Express, Jega is always friendly and helpful. She consistently provides excellent customer service and makes customers feel valued and welcome. A true credit to the team. Thank you, Jega!

  do not go to this tesco - the staff are incompetent and will rinse you of your money - little ginger boy that works here is so rude it’s unbelievable.

  Me and my friend tried to purchase a vape (a process which is usually impossible btw) and we were given refills. We then only got told they were refills after the fact we had paid so we went to Co-op and tried to get a main body for it. We then went back to claim a refund (mind you they didn’t give us a receipt and we had been served literally 2 minutes before) and the guy just laughed in our face and said he couldn’t do anything. The service in this Tesco is never okay, with the person at the till having no knowledge of the products they are selling. More training is needed…
