Could be waiting a long time (15m+) after your collection time when you go in because there is nobody to handle orders ready. Just the same person who is taking pizzas out of the oven and cutting.

Very bad. Rude lady on the phone claimed that the order didn’t come through despite the fact that we received updates on both making the order and it being on the way.

Online ordering and pickup timing were perfect, but the person at the front counter was surprisingly rude. She was on a call and made me feel like an interruption rather than a customer. Not the standard of friendly service I usually get at Domino's.
